Complaints relating to Content
Any complaint relating to content of TV channels of Media Content & Communications Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. namely: Star News, Star Maazza & Star Anando, under the Code of Ethics & Broadcasting Standards and News Broadcasting Standards (Disputes Redressal) Regulations of News Broadcasters Association (NBA) shall be made by a person aggrieved within a reasonable time not exceeding 7 (seven) days from the date of first broadcast to the following person appointed by the Company whose details are reproduced below:

शिकायत निबटाराः प्रसारण सामग्री की शिकायत
मीडिया कंटेट एंड कम्युनिकेशन्स सर्विसेज (इंडिया) प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के समाचार चैनलों स्टार न्यूज, स्टार माझा और स्टार आनंदो पर प्रसारित किसी भी सामग्री को लेकर अगर किसी को शिकायत है तो उसे न्यूज ब्रॉडकॉस्टर्स एसोसिएशन (एनबीए) की आचार संहिता, प्रसारण मानक और समाचार प्रसारण मानक (शिकायत निबटारा) नियमों के तहत पहली प्रसारण तिथि के सात दिनों के अंदर कंपनी द्वारा नियुक्त इस अधिकारी के पास अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करानी होगी.
